The overall trip was very well organized and we enjoyed a lot. Everything went smoothly and the agent Nippon Express delivered the best service. There was only one problem we faced. The agent had not given the tickets for the Airport Limousine from Hotel Prince Shingawa to the Airport for 4 July 2010. The hotel was not accepting the voucher. It took us more than an hour to solve it with the hotel since it was Sunday & the agent's office was closed. But finally we worked it out with the hotel. That was the only problem we faced.

All the hotels & ryokon were amazing and we enjoyed our stay everywhere. Hotel Granvia at Kyoto also gave us a free upgrade to a King Size bed since everywhere there were twin beds that were booked. We did not face any problems with vegetarian food since there were Indian restaurants at Tokyo, Kyoto, Nikko & Nara.

Thank you very much for the great service that you provided. Looking forward for planning more trips with Crossworld Holidays. We were very impressed with the service and the delivery as described in the itinerary. Excellent work !!!

We have taken more than 1000 pictures but I have attached just a few photos of our trip as souvenir from Japan !!! Thanks a ton again !!!
